2010 Oktoberfest Celebration Home Brew Competition
The home brew competition will take place on Saturday, October 9th at 10am in the Hog Haus Brewing Co. Tap Room. Entries need to be submitted by Thursday, October 7th, 2010... 4-12oz bottles or 2-22oz. bottles Any style is welcome! We will be following the BJCP Guidelines to be found on http://www.bjcp.org/stylecenter.php
Beers will not be judged without proper labels. Download Bottle ID Forms Grand Prize will be a BREW DAY at Hog Haus Brewing Co. to assist in the brewing of the Grand Prize Beer on our 10 bbl system.
Runners Up and People’s Choice awards will also be awarded on the day of the Festival.
So remember to vote!
If you are interested in the people’s choice award and want to enter your beer in this competition you will need to follow the same guidelines as the October 9th competition. The differences will be:
1: A $25.00 entry Fee
2: Entry fee MUST be received by Friday, October 1st at noon
3: You will need to check in to the festival by 10am upon the morning of OKTOBERFEST!
Winners of both competitions will be announced on Saturday, October 16th at 9pm
